It's Arctic MX - 4
Every pack of Arctic MX-4 comes with an applicator tool. You don't have to pay $7.99 for MX-4 with the plastic tool. That said I have used this tube on 4 CPUs and 1 GPU. It works great and has a long life span.

Benchmarked with cinebench.
1 of 2 found this helpful Im running an I-5 8400 CPU. I'm certainly not overpowering the 1080 I bought but I'm definitely not underpowering it either. Every time I've benchmarked this computer on cinebench I have gotten 95 to 105 fps. My cpu scores have been pretty consistent around 930 cb. What does this mean. The 1080 I bought is working perfectly. No problems at all. it's also very very clean. I can't find a speck of dust. It looks unused. If you're interested I'm running 2 Corsair 8GB DDR4 memory sticks.
