Excellent product.
3 of 3 found this helpful Lots of clarity, focus, and energy that lasts a full 24 hours or more. I can't take the full dose suggested on the container. I have to only take 1 capsule. If I'm working out in the gym, then maybe 2, but it has to be early in the morning, or else I will not sleep lol. This is definitely worth the money and I look forward to making many purchases in the future. I'm super sensitive to these mushrooms, so I can only stand to take 1 or 2 capsules max. Within the first week of taking this, I noticed a lot more energy, focus and clarity. I also noticed my memory improving. I take this as part of a special magic stack, so the synergy of these mushrooms with some other goodies works well.UPDATE: After 3 months of taking this in a Stack I can say this product works very well. The clarity and focus is unreal. I started with 1 every other day w/ a full 3 cups of water at meal time. Now I'm taking 3/day for 3 days on and 4 days off. Works well when doing Stamets stack.
