  The product has been tested prior to removal with proof and sent to customer in good working condition. You didn't report a damaged package or item when received. You reported a non functional item only after you fit it. I didn't refuse return, just advised that we'll test the item and if it's damaged causing and electrical fault on your van , we won't be able to refund you. We had 100% positive feedback before your negative feedback, so we won't risk our reputation for £31.50 All the best.
