    struggled to Order a fender for my s3 8v everywhere else £180 + over, bumped into Thorney service centre dropped him an offer of £100 and accepted straight away the value was worth its while i would highly recommend to use them as you will not be disappointed Will be coming back to them as they are quick and honest with delivery as-well the packaging was great as well, delivered safely to me and was described as it was when it arrived

    Vendor sent wrong item, had to be pressed to send the correct one. I struggled with the returns process, despite request, no postage label provided. I had to ask for a partial refund to offset the postage cost After a week and a reminder, refund was eventually given and I posted the item back. Communication very limited & poor, not answering my questions etc. No apologies or thanks for sending the incorrect part back, nor confirmation that it was received. Everything resolved in the end.
