Cheap price and wobbly construction.
This thing is dirt cheap and if you merely need something to put light things on it works. It would probably be sturdier if you make it 3 or 4 tiers high that would help. On even the thinnest of carpet its steadiness is suspect. I works for me unless i get a small trembler then all of my stuff will come tumbling down.

It's better than okay
The quality is what we have become accustomed to seeing. If it were the old stainless steel of the older days it would be heftier and feel sturdier. It looks to be decently made. It does the job that it is designed to do well. And if you are into using a rice machine that actually cooks something more "exotic" than American white rice you will want a device like this or similar.
The designation of "Japanese" is a little bit of a deliberate misnomer. It is Chinese made and of a somewhat different design than actual Japanese ones. But these are cheaper to buy than real Japanese rice and vegetables washers.
In short, I am happy with it although I do wonder if I had spent the money to buy an actual Japanese one would I have been happier or even perhaps delighted.

ackward shape
The shape of this bottle is overly wide and the corners of the bottle are out of sync with the position of the drinking "straw". This means that unlike many other bottles you place put it in a jacket pocket for handy access while you are out and about. The big selling feature of the freezer thing does not keep it cold very long and ends up taking up a lot of space that might have held water. It is made of good and durable materials though.
