Orders have been marked 'dispatched' when they haven't been (no doubt to massage their ebay algorithm) and only sent after many reminders. Latest order made nearly a month ago, still not received. They sent a package over a week after marking it dispatched, containing the wrong order. They reply to messages days late with unhelpful responses. Will start Paypl dispute. Avoid!!

I emailed the seller and asked if they could get it to me the next day before 5pm. They were very accommodating and had it made and sent out by 10am the next day. It arrived by 1pm the following day and was it was brilliantly made. I have previously ordered from this seller and the item was good then also. I would 100% recommend this seller.
