Bmw e90 320d
Glow plugs on the car were only changed a year ago but the car had a very lumpy start. Changed this module and the problem is solved. Some people recommend you change this whenever you change the glow plugs but that's not always needed, best to change when required.

Turbo failed on my car just because of the high mileage. I fitted this to my car and have done 500 miles in it at this point and it works great. Car pulls strong, turbo is working well. Needed a few attempts to adjust the actuator correctly but that's quite easy to do. The turbo is more whiney than the original. It is making more noise than the previous one but not all that much, less than your typical vw turbo whining, and that's the only downside which is no big deal. Would recommend as this is really cheap compared to buying a new turbo. I also bought new vanes which I fitted with this.
