It's OK
The parts are too heavy to put in the car for someone who can't walk. The seat is too high for a small/short person, adjusted all the way down.
Other than that, the speed is adjustable and is responsive.
The shipment came with a broken balance wheel. I ordered one but never got it.

Saturn key fob replacement

Just what I needed.
The wiring harness was spliced up and a connector was missing. This replacement OEM wire harness fixed the problem.
