Handy but a bit awkward.
The manual is not very helpful at all, but it is fairly simple to use. It does a good job, and has some advantages over a conventional oven. It takes less space, it is easy to clean, and everything gets cooked quickly. The awkward parts are putting the lid on its stand, which is a bit of a balancing act with a red hot lid, and taking hot food out can be a bit tricky, as it is difficult to reach inside with oven gloves.
