Poor quality
Poor quality product. I bought this brand new and the inner components are made of plastic and came with broken inner chassis which can only be lack of quality control and poor manufacturing.

Return process is tedious and unhelpful
It was a refurbished Hoover FD22L. Comes with 1 year warranty but Battery went with a month and conveniently not covered in return policy. I am a very careful user so I know it wasn’t lack on my part.
