Not genuine MOEN

I bought this because one of the reviews said it was a genuine Moen part. It's not. Nowhere on the cartridge does it say "Moen". I bought it to repair a leak out of the faucet handle. This cartridge stopped that leak but the valve never closes completely so now the faucet leaks-a problem I didn't have with the old cartridge. It's probably a bad o-ring on the new cartridge. Instead of trying to find replacement o-rings, I'm buying a Moen cartridge.
