Great value
It is unusual to find this style of axe today, when you do they are usually a lot more money than this one was. I have a lot of antique axes similar, but this one I can actually use. The weight and balance for me is perfect. It came in a blue color, I may have to paint it red, most of my tools are natural metal or painted red, look good in black maybe also, whatever.

Good value, good for practice, I use a more expensive axe for events
Good balance, not too heavy, blade holds up with hard use. Handle is long enough too cut to your own liking. Most axes have to be adjusted to one's own throwing style, I just had to cut a few inches off the handle to throw at the 12 foot line.

Good value, nice grips
Well, I did not get the smooth ones I ordered, but I got the white textured bone grips and I like them. They don't look as nice, but give you a better grip than the smooth ones.
