    Incorrect item sent. Contacted seller who was unhelpful. Requested correct item and sent pictures and was 'told' I'd get a discount if I could use the item. It was for a different ipad. Adding insult, the return refund deducted the cost of return postage. I paid for an item. Was sent the wrong one and paid to return it. The seller has the returned item (presumably it could be utilised). I am out of pocket on the deal. My good faith was taken advantage of. Poor.
