Denso 550-0101 (Pacific PMV-1017)
This is the Original Equipment part for 2005 4Runner. Old set lasted about 11 years. TPMS light will change from blinking to solid after install and ECU programming. Takes another 50 miles of driving before solid TPMS light finally disappears. I expect to get at least 10 years on this replacement OE part.
Later versions of 4th Gen 4Runner - 2006+ use the Denso 550-0103 (Pacific PMV-107J) which should also work on earlier 4Runner versions.

Design Flaw
This item does not cover the phone's entire screen including critical areas such as the curved edge (Note Edge) for which it was purchased to protect. Not worth the $8 investment I paid for all the while I could have paid less for a full cover brand. It will not be replacing the broken tempered glass currently on phone due to inadequate sub-par protection.
