For the price I paid, it seems like a pretty good value.

I have not used this P.A. speaker very much yet, but when I have used it, its sounds great, and seems quite reliable and sturdy. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a portable P.A. speaker.

Good stand for the money. Not the most rugged stand, but it should do the job O.K., as long as you don't put too much weight on it.
