Works great but will make you dizzy
1 of 1 found this helpful Works great but make sure you are sitting while you have someone else help you do it. Don't try it by yourself. It makes you dizzy. Even if you use very warm water.

Works well converting VHS to DVD

Does not talk about how to do it...
This is more of an informational book about how the brain works and how is related to the Bible and how God created our brains. I guess the title is kind of deceiving since I thought maybe it will talk about the steps you need to take to do it. It goes over the an overview of the steps to get there, but not detailed. You have to go in the author's website to buy an app that takes you through these steps in detail. This book is good, but it is only the start. Don't expect to buy it and think you are going to have "The Key to peak happiness, thinking, and health" after you are done reading.
