Fine, light in color and texture!
When I opened the box and saw the product I said, "Wow! This looks so good!" The meal is fine, light colored, and works so well in my baked goods! Makes going gluten free easy and delicious!

This book could be a life changer for people interested in their good health!
This just arrived 2 days ago and I have already read much of it! This book is just what I was looking for - the information is well presented, easy to grasp, and covers so much more than I expected. If you are interested in taking niacin, you need this book. I bought it to learn more about cardio health, and found out that there is so much more to niacin! This could be a life changing book for many people!

Easier to find on ebay than in town.
I haven't put it on the machine, but it is the right size and will work just fine.
