  Poorly packed. The seller put the Nespresso machine in a cardboard box with just a paper bag as cushioning. The predictable result was the machine parts became loose and rattled around in shipment, scratching the shiny finish in multiple places. I tried contacting the seller. He was full of excuses. I asked for a partial refund, but he stood his ground, saying my only option was to ship it back. Trusting him further didn't seem wise, so I cut my losses and kept the machine. Lessons learned.
