Great Product

Great workout without pain or injury.
I used this video back in the 80's and was amazed at the core strength I developed. Have been lax, not in good shape and have RA which makes some exercises impossible. This aerobic workout is great as one foot is always on the floor and anyone can manage it. It's as fun as I remembered it, and I was thrilled to find it. I felt totally upbeat when I finished, and at 65, that's a great thing. Wish they would come out with a DVD copy. Thanks EBAY for all the cool stuff one can find.

Poor quality, very dissatisfied.
These sheets stated to be 400 thread count, sateen cotton sheets, are poor quality, very extra thin sheets. Although stated they fit up to 15" mattress, they are so thin they will not hug the mattress and constantly slip because they're so thin and non gripping. Plus requires cold water washing, so how does one successfully feel assured the body's natural oils are ever removed from these sheets by washing in cold water. Very disappointed, misleading pitch. I have many 400 count sheets, but none this thin and wimpy.
