    We have yet to receive the Karcher HDS 5/11 UX 240v Hot Pressure Washer despite the order being placed months ago and chasing numerous times. The tracking information is ambiguous and we have not had any responses to the numerous emails we have sent. I cannot comment on any other experience with this purchase and I am hoping that there is a genuine explanation or reason that we have been ignored as it has certainly made me feel wary about ordering via EBay again which is a shame !
