  Absolutely appalling eBay seller . First of all a 1/500 model was incorrectly listed as a 1/400 one . After it arrived and I raised this issue with the seller there was no contact , let alone an apology . It was only when I raised a problem with eBay did the seller send a message to say he would not refund me because “ he had forgotten his password “ , this despite having already listed the item again . I have now received a refund but only because eBay were again involved by me . APPALLING .
