a tad small
The square opening in the key was somewhat small for my Kieninger clock movement. I got a good fit after scraping the inner sides of the brass square key opening.

very effective
1 of 1 found this helpful It's difficult to test an air purifier objectively. However with the local juniper pollen count at 496 (above 91 is considered high) and I have no allergic symptoms ( usually I suffer terrible with such a high count)I would say that the Aprilaire is very effective in this particle size range (the juniper pollen is about 22 microns in size).

a complicated beast
The airfloss contains two pumps: a piston air pump and a peristaltic fluid pump. When new, it ejects an energetic plum of air and fluid which really cleans between the teeth. However, because of its very complicated construction it rarely lasts a year. I've had three so far, each lasting less then a year. It is a good idea but the construction is too prone to breakdown.
