Does it actually work like it claims?
Its a good price except it hasn't made a difference to how i feel..i go gym and thought this would give me a slight boost but doesnt seem to have done.

Not v good quality
I have used other such products. The fibres came out lumpy and flaked off. Not impressed at all. Had to throw away the bottle
