Short of Vit D
I didn't know whether I was short of Vit D or not but reading different write ups I thought I could be I have been taking them for just a couple of weeks, do I feel better yes, is it the vit D, who knows, but time will tell,up to now I feel as well as I could be.I have an illness so I only go out a couple of times a week, so get practically no sun, let's hope this is all I need.
