First Class Srvice
Good quality and although damaged in transit, was immediately replaced.

Poor Packing
All good, but unfortunately in putting the paperwork in the box, the igniter gasket was pushed out and badly twisted. A little blast from a steam iron straightened it out and it worked fine.

Used but good
Although used and not as clean as it could have been with rusty water residue inside, at half the price of a new item and with free postage, it wasn't a problem to clean up prior to installation.
