Have to mess with the wire and volume setting to get both sides to work. There seems to be a wire loose or something even though I bought them as "New". I bought this one based on my old set that lasted for years and was awesome.

Once I updated the firmware it worked great. Didn't know I had to do that. It kept disconnecting from my headset.
