It's great. It can heat up a screwdriver in few seconds. The screwdriver gets gloving red.
But the coil gets very warm too. The internal resistance of the coil which goes higher due to temperature raise of the coil limits the current through coil. Thus, maximal power is reduced. This is particularly noticeable when the load is of ferromagnetic material which is also a good electric conductor.
To get maximum power you should install a water cooling system for the coil.
MOSFET transistors doesn't gets heated at all.
If you don't need to use it on max power level then you don't need a water cooling for the coil.
I'm very satisfied with the product!
