I received both items in one package. I queried the cost of postage prior and was informed it was ‘up to ebay’. I was charged two lots of postage at £19.00 each. Almost £40.00 for the 2 items in one package. That is unfair and expensive. I would appreciate a comment. Thank you

How this seller has a 100% rating I'll never know.. Sent a delicate item in what could be barely be described a padded envelope without any additional packaging round the item and putting at the mercy of the Royal Mail. Hence when delivered the box was split among other things. Contacted the seller and the reply i got was not what i would expect from someone with 100% feedback.. Be very aware when using this seller. Has do regard for his buyers..

The buyer purchased a used item. The original packaging of the goods was only nominal (it could not be) and was no longer ideal! But, with all this, I apologized to the buyer and offered a big discount on the next purchase, or a gift, and offered to conclude a settlement agreement. For changing the review, the buyer demanded from me a product that costs twice as much as its purchase. I agreed and sent a request to the buyer to change the review ... But, the review has not been changed yet.
