Good supplement.
it's hard to say if it really calmed my nervous system but I believe it helps, especially in these stressful times.

Post menopausal cream
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm very impressed with this Vichy product.Not only is it extremely inexpensive,it's high quality and trust me, I've tried many high end creams that didn't work as well. Pleasant light fresh smell.

So so
I'm sure it's a quality product ,but not enough for my dry mature eyes
Also left sort of a crust on lids in morning. It has good reviews but I saw nothing
