Not super hot
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought as a gift and friend reports it doesn't get as warm as she would like, but that sounds like a safety measure to me. Otherwise she loves it.

The top isn't quite as bright as it shows in pics but I refer it. Looks great, love it.
