Could not set it up

I kept trying to set it up but I just could not do it so I have now giving up and bought another router of a different make and manage to set it up in minutes and it works great .

It's not the same model number I ordered

I search the internet looking for the same model charger and saw this one on your site I could have got one cheaper but I wanted one like the one I had been using instead I have been sent a replacement which has a different model number I am just hoping it will do the job but I am not happy about it because like I have said it's a different number but as I need a new one desperate it will have to do ..v a welham
