Pretty and easily applied
I love this eyeliner,the blue shade is so pretty. A lovely addition to my make up case and is good for any occasion. No messy attempts at sharpening and losing half of the pencil, it's neat and is gently rotated to expose however much of the colour you need, then it can be retracted once applied. Easily removed with facial wipes yet doesn't smudge .
