Doesn't taste like diet food.
I purchased this back in 1986. I absolutely loved the recipes. Nobody ever knew they were eating diet food. Believe me, this is one of the top 10 cookbooks I have. My nephew is a professionally trained chef. Even he gave this book 2 thumbs up 👍👍
