Unique RPG
0 of 1 found this helpful I decided to buy this game because it was one of the few on the PS3 at the time that actually looked to be much good in my opinion. For my PS2 I have games such as Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, .hack//, Jak & Daxter, Kya etc.
Folklore will appeal to a certain audience I believe, not everyone will enjoy this game. It takes play I believe in Ireland, and revolves around a girl named Ellen and a man named Keats. Ellen is trying to discover her past that she doesn't remember and Keats is a supernatural reporter looking for a story. They discover that Doolin the town is a gateway to the Netherworld. To get a story, and the past uncovered, they continuously go to the Netherworld, fight Folks(monsters) and Folklore(boss monsters) to uncover the truth.
I'm personally really enjoying this game. I suggest if you aren't sure about it to check out some video reviews and trailers on youtube, but if you like the same kind of games I do I think you will enjoy this.
