  The item was faulty and the box it came in had previously been opened. As this was the last one the Seller had, my money was quickly refunded (one of the positives of dealing through Amazon).

  Just a few points of clarity. The item was brand new, as advertised. The damage to the seal was clearly shown. If you had any doubt an oral item was previously used, why would you put it in your mouth for a few days? Rather gross. Guess it's all standards. As a private seller, I only had one item. As you state, you were given an immediate refund. As the item was new I had no way of knowing it was damaged. I couldn't have acted more fairly or quickly. Not sure what was negative.
