  Paid £265 for several steelbooks, some shown as 4K UHD cases (STILL a type of blu-ray as the seller doesn’t understand) but unexpectedly received old/scratched swapped-out blu-ray discs inside. Some cases badly scratched, others dented, one had paint on it; not mentioned/shown in the listing. Opened a return request but seller refused to help before they escalated it & ebay decided in my favour. Seller supplied a return label with insufficient postage, so I needed to arrange the return myself.

  LIAR I HAD TO CONTACT EBAY OVER 4 TIMES AS YOU BLOCKED MESSAGES I NEVER SENT A WRONG LABEL AS COULD NOT CONTACT YOU EBAY HELP ME SEND A MESSAGE IN THE END I DID PAY FOR POSTAGE £14.45p I HAVE PROOF BUYER ASSUME THAT SOME ITEMS WERE 4k I NEVER SAID IN LISTING THEY WERE 4k JUST 1080p BLU RAY NOT 4k I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BUYER JUST CHANGED MIND I HAVE NEVER HAD BAD FEEDBACK BEFORE BUYER IS JUST ANEL!!!

  Don't really appreciate being called a liar. I have photographic evidence of all issues I had with this purchase. You DID refund me for return postage label; point is ‘I’ had to deal with 'your' job of return organisation. And Yes, I assumed the 4K Blu-ray cases shown in the photo’s would have 4K discs inside – who wouldn’t? Unless you state they’ve been replaced with older release (some scratched) blu-rays, which you didn’t. Not sure what 'Anel' means, but I'm pretty sure I'm not that either.
