  Lovely jug unfortunately it arrived broken. The lady gave me a rebate immediately. It was very well wrapped as were the other two items I bought at the same time from this seller. I also left a review on the couriers requested review page telling them exactly what happened with it arriving broken. So the seller shouldn't have a problem claiming compensation
