  This should be a negative but I’m being reasonable with a neutral. Promised tracking but had to be prompted twice,sent wrong tracking number and ignored my further requests and didn’t put the collection code on the parcel either so luckily the shop staff where switched on as I had two items arrive at once. Shame as the trainers are great.
