Flimsy - bent with a single cabinet

I screwed a 600mm length of this rail to a wall to secure a bathroom sink cabinet - it bent with just the weight of the empty carcase, without even the sink on it. Metal is around 1.25mm thick - other rails seem to be around 1.75mm. Maybe it's ok if you have just a lightweight cabinet, but it is not very strong.
