Not perfect but good enough
2 of 3 found this helpful The wedge was very tightly packed into a zipped container and I struggled for a while to remove it. Once done it needed time to expand before it was useable, and would have benefitted from a while airing outside as it had a very strong and unpleasant plastic smell.
It is quite a long wedge and I've found that I end up sliding down it during the night, but it hasn't been too much of an issue. Possibly due to the man made material of the wedge and the cover not being breathable, it also feels like it makes me sweat a little.
Once you get used to it, it is quite comfortable to lie and sleep on and I feel it has helped to reduce the symptoms of reflux.
