  Purchased a dress stains all over it and she said they weren't there when she sent it!???? I literally took it right out of the mailbox and contacted her immediately! ..and now she refuses to answer my email for instructions on returning. I've been on eBay for almost 20 years and never had a single bad experience. Very disappointed..the item was not in excellent condition as stated and there is no communication from her what so ever.
