Not fully operational
Have not been able to connect to the internet. Network Diagnostics Report says no wired or wireless network cards installed on the machine.

Not Satisfactory
I have used Sennheisser CX300 for years and think it an excellant product, but over time the cable tends to get damaged and a replacement is needed.
I still have my old CX300. This replacement for some reason is not comparable. There is no bass, and the trebles are harsh making for unpleasant listening over an extended period. I use mine most of the time with an I-River Clix that has an excellant equalizer so have been able to compensate by attenuating the treble and setting bass to the max. The result is still inferior however.
Sennheisser may have some quality control issues with its partners in the Far East.
The EBay seller offered a no quibble refund so no complaints there, but I have opted to keep it as replacements for this particular model are hard to find.
