The earrings were nice and as shown, but the stones were meant to be pink, and they looked more like clear. However i contacted the seller and they were apologetic and offered me a partial refund of the price i'd paid. So i was satisfied with the outcome. Delivery was within the stated delivery time and when i contacted them about my issue, they soon got back to me. Communication was good.

Item has described. Was impressed with quality however seller used evri who dumped my parcel outside very late at night and did not ring bell or let us know where parcel was. Was gail force winds and heavy rain that night, we are lucky the parcel did not go missing, i only new of delivery due to email saying deliverd so i had to go hunting for the parcel!

This item was advertised as '50pcs' but I was sent '40pcs'. I contacted the seller and informed them and asked them to send me the remainder. Instead, I was given a feeble reason/apology, an offer of a partial refund, and how thankful they were I purchased from 'Velvet London'. I am sick and tired of eBay sellers not sending the correct amount of items as stated or the incorrect one and fobbing me off with an excuse and offer of a partial refund. It isn't good enough. Do your job.
