  I received my order and it was broken at the stem, I was disappointed. I contacted them to let them know and sent proof of image. They responded very quickly, they apologised and sent a new one out free of charged. When I received it they put it in an extra box to ensure it didn’t break.   Bit of an issue with my order and I was told what I wanted wasn't available even though it was still listed, contacted seller and was told yes it is and they will post it to me, checked order a few times as it was bought for a friends big birthday and I didnt want it not turning up, arrived in time and it was very safely packed so was relieved it wasn't damaged by courier, very pleased with item it was just as the picture and description stated definitely order another one if occasion warrants
