Not as Messy as Ferric Chloride
Pros: Etches copper, doesn't stain like ferric chloride. Cons: Must be used hot, must be mixed fresh for each etching job. I prefer this product, YMMV.

A Good Mixer
A good mixer, substantially cheaper than Brand K. Seems to strain slightly on heavy dough. Good for home use, I would not try to press it into service in a bakery or restaurant.
