  I contacted the seller that the Berkshire hearted throw that I bought did not appear to be new, when switched on, parts of the throw is cold, had smell to it. The seller told me that the box had been damaged. When it arrival, the original box was not only damaged but tone apart, evidence it previously been rejected. Is used item therefore should not be full price.

  Shocking! Wrong colour sent and you could clearly see that it has been used and was sold as new! Scratches, stains to name it it had it all. Returned and said they would refund, however eBay had to step in and resolve the refund. Don’t buy from these guys!!!
