"doesn't suit all"
I tried these products for over a month and I experienced the following symptoms: dehydration, bad headaches and disturbed sleep plus vivid dreams. Couldn't continue taking them. I'm sure I'm in the minority but they weren't for me.

Best buy!
I bought an expanding cheaper version that was absolute rubbish and really not safe to use. This is actually identical with the one that came with the cooker. Best thing I bought!
