Packaging was atrocious

It came in a piece of folded cardboard that wasn't suitable packaging. Flimsy bit of parcel tape on it. It had been bust open along the way somewhere and the postman must have had to put it back inside. Embarrassed much!! Please just send it in a jiffy bag or plastic bag maybe!!
