Better than some...

This was better than the first, plastic bodied, one that I tried. However this one broke as well so I bought a complete lead rather than rely on this type of adaptor. I just don't think they are able to be strong enough to do the job...for long anyway! It was worth a try, and it didn't cost too much. It may work for you.

'Blue' light

Bought these as replacements for 10W tungsten G4 bulbs. (They are supposed to be 1.5W units) I will be replacing them with something brighter as they just don't do it for the me. They are also a harsh blue/white light. I need something a little warmer (daylight). They are a little longer than the halogen bulbs and only just fit the holders.
