Not fit for purpose
I filled the iron to correct height as indicated by water-level mark and turned the heat dial to press cotton. The iron then leaked from all the holes on the footplate. The footplate started discolour a dark grey colour due to heat.
Caveat emptor; the iron is not fit for purpose.

Good all-rounder
Excellent sound-range and robust construction. My only caveat would be the fit. If you need a large hat-size, you may find the fit to be a be somewhat tight.
